Our Reserve wines deserve their name. They are sourced from very best of pre-selected grapes from our top vineyard plots. Processing and vinifi- cation are done very gently by hand and maturation takes place predominantly in new, small oak barrels. Reserve always represents a concen- trated, unique and age worthy wine that expresses the character of its variety and origin.
